Pescado Gato Con Espinaca y Queso!

Went out to lunch today with my buddy Zibig. We ventured far out into the wilds of NE Spring Branch to Ostioneria 7 Mares for some fish.
I was sorely tempted by the Pulpo Diablo, which is octopus in "devil sauce", but ended up having the Catfish Florentine.
It was mighty tasty, but could have used a shot of marsala, capers and lemon juice. Still, this was a Mexican joint, not an Italian one, so it's all good.
